Christina Zachariades

Director of Videography

Christina is a researcher and ethnographic documentarian. Her curious spirit initially led her to a career in the field of consumer behavior research where she worked at Grey, Mccann Erickson, mcgarrybowen, and JWT on projects for iconic brands such as MTV, Vodafone, Verizon, JP Morgan Chase, KRAFT, P&G, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). In 2016, Christina moved to Europe for two years where she began to apply her skills as a researcher into broader forms of narrative expression, making several short documentary films with communities across Portugal, Hungary, and Belgium. She has been awarded three Effie Industry Awards for her work in marketing communications and her documentary short film Lavandaria Publica has been screened in multiple international film festivals across Europe, Africa, and India. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master of Arts from the University of Texas in Austin, and a Master of Arts in Documentary Film Directing from Universidade Lusófona in Lisbon,  The Academy of Drama and Film in Budapest, and LUCA School of Arts in Brussels, where she graduated with honors (Cum Laude).
