Her approach to qualitative research is informed by a mix of deep cultural competence and sensitivity, somatic awareness and top-notch moderation skills to turn human truths into actionable initiatives for her clients.
Erica has executed a wide range of projects in the qualitative insights space. Most recently, she’s helped a global pharma organization understand the nuances behind the prescribing behaviors of HCPs, gained a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with a debilitating chronic illness, and helped a major bank understand the home-buying journey of low-income families. Within this, her specialty and passion is bringing the multicultural consumer experience to light. Fully bilingual in Spanish, she has consulted for many agencies servicing Fortune 500 companies throughout the US and Latin America.
Having conversations around difficult or sensitive topics, with many different types of people, is what brings Erica the most joy and fills her life with purpose and meaning. With an MBA in International Marketing and Basic Mediation Training under her belt from the NY Peace Institute, she’s proud to be doing work that combines her passions, skills, and calling!
