Michelle is a dynamic thinker and moderator, with over a decade of international experience delivering unexpected, valuable truths to diverse clients in Australia and Europe. Over the course of her career she has designed and led projects to influence strategy, policy, and service and product innovation. In Australia, Michelle worked on number of high-profile communication campaigns, including research into infant nutrition, childhood immunisation, alcohol and drug awareness and travel safety. Most recently, in the UK she oversaw projects for the Children’s Commissioner, investigating children’s use of social media and the impact on their lives, an evaluation study for NHSE exploring the impact of staff health and wellbeing services, and in-depth ethnographic studies exploring the mental health needs of emergency services staff across the UK. Michelle has an MSc in Sociology from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Melbourne.
