Sarah came to Galileo with a background in market research and advertising – an understanding of both the consumer and the client. Having worked in the US and abroad, her expertise covers a broad spectrum of industries including healthcare, hospitality, retail, banking, publishing, education and not-for-profit. This diversity of experience has offered her challenges ranging from helping health services brands to improve the quality of care extended to patients, to understanding the minds of horse racing gamblers when they’re at the track! Sarah is a passionate advocate of the consumer and loves using consumer knowledge to solve problems. Research was an intuitive fit for her, as she’s always been naturally inquisitive (nosy, according to those who know her) and loves to explore. Prior to joining Galileo, this quest for new knowledge and experiences took her and her husband to Australia for a few years where they explored the Great Barrier Reef, the wonderful world of meat pies and sausage rolls, and whatever it means to be ‘fair dinkum’. In her previous role, she was a qualitative and quantitative researcher in Melbourne. Prior to that, she worked at J. Walter Thompson New York.
